Classes

Good to know...

All equipment is provided, and my advice is to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Please arrive 5 minutes before the yoga class begins, this will allow you time to take your shoes off, pay in cash and get settled on the mat provided. You may wish to bring socks and a jumper to put on during the relaxation at the end of class.  

Whilst my classes are suitable for most ages and abilities, you need to be able to get up and down off the floor unassisted to attend. If you have any injuries, or illness, you should always inform me before the class begins.

Janine’s yoga classes would be my Desert Island Discs luxury. She is a terrific enthusiast and communicator. Janine radiates enthusiasm, making whatever the class is doing great fun.
