Janine relaxes over a bolster for a Restorative Yoga Workshop
Spring Sanctuary: Rest, Renew, Reawaken
A Restorative Yoga Workshop
2–5pm on Sunday 10th May 2026
At The WI Hall in Marple Bridge
Cost £35
This workshop is a springtime sanctuary—a place to soften, to listen, and to gently begin again. As the seasons turn, you’re invited to tune into your own rhythm and reconnect with what feels nourishing and true.
Stepping away from the pull of daily life, you’ll be guided into a space of stillness and ease. Through mindful movement, restorative Yoga postures, guided meditation, and the deep, cocooning rest of Yoga Nidra, we’ll explore rest as a living practice—one that allows tension to melt, the nervous system to settle, and quiet energy to return.
Each offering is shaped to support release and renewal, creating room in both body and mind. Like nature in spring, you’ll be encouraged to listen inward—to sense what’s ready to unfold, and what simply needs tenderness and time. Nothing to force, nothing to achieve—only space to be held and restored.
Whether you arrive feeling tired, full, or in between, this practice offers a gentle pause to recalibrate and renew. Leave feeling rooted yet lighter, rested yet subtly energised, connected to your inner calm and the quiet promise of the season ahead.
Rest is not a luxury—it is the fertile ground from which vitality grows.
