In-Person Beginners / Mixed Level Yoga Class in Marple Bridge

This welcoming class is designed for absolutely everyone—whether you’re brand-new to yoga or already have some experience. The pace is slow, steady, and soothing, allowing you to move with ease while still discovering the power and grace within your body.

You’ll learn foundational yoga postures, simple breathing practices, and calming relaxation techniques. Together, we’ll explore how to hold poses to build strength and stability, as well as how to glide smoothly through gentle sequences that support balance, coordination, and mindful movement.

With regular attendance, you’ll feel your body becoming stronger and more flexible, while your mind grows calmer and more grounded. This class is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, reduce stress, and enjoy a weekly moment of space and ease.

Useful equipment:
1 yoga mat (you can borrow a mat from me if needed)
1 blanket (this is optional to keep you warm for the relaxation)

Students need to be able to easily get up and down off the floor. This class is not suitable for pregnant people or students with major injuries or health conditions.
