This course is designed for students with at least six months of Yoga experience who enjoy a dynamic practice and feel ready to be physically challenged. Each session blends energising, flowing sequences with steady, grounded postures, giving you the chance to explore your body’s strength, balance, and mobility.
During the course, you’ll dive into a new selection of poses and creative variations that help you build power, flexibility, and confidence on the mat. The focus is on curiosity, enjoyment, and discovering how your body can move in ways that feel both empowering and liberating.
Alongside the physical practice, you’ll learn simple, natural breathing techniques to support calmness and presence, and each class ends with a soothing guided relaxation—your moment to unwind, reset, and settle into deep stillness.
Come ready to move, explore, and have fun.
Useful equipment to bring:
1 yoga mat (you can borrow one if needed)
1 blanket
Students need to be able to easily get up and down off the floor. This class is not suitable for beginners, people who are pregnant, or who have major injuries or health conditions.
