This course is perfect for absolute beginners, anyone wanting to refresh the foundations of their practice, or students who enjoy a slower-paced yet still energising style of yoga. The atmosphere is friendly, supportive, and ideal for exploring movement with curiosity and confidence.
Each session blends gentle flowing sequences with steady, grounding postures. During the course, you’ll work toward a “peak pose,” discovering accessible variations that help you gradually build strength, flexibility, and resilience. Expect to move your body in new and interesting ways—while having plenty of fun along the journey.
You’ll also learn natural breathing techniques that support focus and ease, and every class ends with a calming relaxation to help you unwind, reset, and enjoy a moment of deep peace.
Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected.
Useful equipment:
1 yoga mat (if you need to borrow a mat please let me know)
1 blanket (optional to keep warm for the relaxation)
Students need to be able to easily get up and down off the floor. This class is not suitable for pregnant people or students with major injuries or health conditions.
