This class is open to everyone and offers a gentle, flowing style that suits complete beginners as well as those with some yoga experience. The atmosphere is calm and supportive, giving you plenty of time to settle into each movement and truly connect with your body.
During each session, you’ll explore a range of yoga postures, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques. You’ll learn how to hold poses to develop strength and stability, and how to move smoothly through simple sequences that enhance coordination and confidence.
As you attend regularly, you’ll notice your flexibility improving, your strength building, and your overall sense of well-being deepening. This class is your weekly opportunity to slow down, unwind, and feel more at home in your body.
Useful equipment:
1 yoga mat (you can borrow a mat from me if needed)
1 blanket (this is optional to keep you warm for the relaxation)
Students need to be able to easily get up and down off the floor. This class is not suitable for pregnant people or students with major injuries or health conditions.
