Why should I take a private Yoga class?

One to one Yoga classes are the best way for beginners to start practicing and for experienced Yogis to dive deeper into their practice.

Private sessions enable me to give you my undivided attention so that I’m creating a bespoke practice made just for you. Together we will find ways for you to move your body with more ease, find more stillness in your mind and learn how to rest deeply to let go of stress. One to one classes are accessible to everyone regardless of physical capabilities or limitations.

·      Create a home yoga practice for themselves.

·      Find a way to keep practicing whilst they are injured or struggling with a health condition.

·      Work towards tricky poses, like arm balances and headstand.

·      Explore simple breathing and relaxation techniques.

·      Learn how to meditate.

·      Mums and dads to find a practice that will fit in with their new family life. I’m happy to hold your baby or they can snooze / play near by whilst I’m teaching you.

·      People living with or recovering from cancer to cope with this illness.
