This class is suitable for beginners with a basic level of fitness or people with some previous Yoga experience.
In this class, I teach both flowing and static poses. We will look at different postures each week to explore variations of movement. This will enable you to build more strength, flexibility and resilience. The aim of this class is to have fun and to move your body in lots of different ways. Each session incorporates natural breathing techniques and finishes with a relaxation to allow students to experience some peace and calm.
Students need to be able to easily get up and down off the floor. This class is not suitable for people with major injuries or illness.
