This class runs term time only. No class on Friday 25th October. Class resumes on 1 November 2019.
This Yoga class is suitable for everyone including complete beginners. Students just need to be able to get up and down off the floor unassisted to attend.
This gentle Yoga class teaches you how to acquire better awareness of yourself through a combination of simple Yoga postures, breath work, focussed stillness and deep relaxation.
A particular benefit of the class is becoming more aware of the habitual patterns of tension we often hold onto, and using that awareness to help relieve unnecessary stress. This is the class for you if you want to learn how to move your body with ease and relax!
I recommend bringing socks and a jumper to this class so that you can stay cosy during the relaxation.
