This class is suitable for complete beginners and students who want to refresh their knowledge of basic yoga postures and breathing.
In this class, I will teach you basic yoga postures and breathing techniques. You will learn how to hold a series of poses to improve your strength as well as the techniques for gently flowing through a sequence of postures to improve coordination.
Regular attendance will enable you to build strength and flexibility, whilst learning to be more embodied and less stressed.
