Complete Beginners 7 Week Flowing Yoga Course

Course starts on Monday 4 November 2019. The course will finish on Monday 16th December 2019.
This course is suitable for complete beginners and students who want to refresh their knowledge of basic yoga postures and relaxation.
Over the 7 week course, I will teach you a variety of yoga poses and techniques for becoming more aware of yourself. You will learn how to hold a series of postures to improve your strength as well as the techniques for flowing through a sequence of postures to improve coordination. Each session ends with a relaxation to create a sense of peace and calm within.
By the end of the 7 week course my aim is for you to become more aware of the way your body moves, how you breathe and how to focus your mind. My hope is that you’ll feel more connected to yourself whilst learning to be less stressed.
My beginners yoga course is suitable for almost any age, shape and size of student, however you do need to be able to get up and down off the floor unassisted to attend. No prior knowledge of Yoga is needed.
